Courses in Icelandic

The Institute organizes summer courses in Icelandic language and Icelandic studies, in collaboration with the University of Iceland Faculty of Humanities, the University of Minnesota, and the Nordic Council of Ministers.

MA in Medieval Icelandic Studies is run by the University of Iceland in cooperation with the Institute. The programme is aimed at providing postgraduate students with the necessary tools to study Old/Medieval Icelandic Texts in the original and in their manuscript context, with a special emphasis on interdisciplinary study.
