Scholarships for studies in Icelandic have been announced

The Icelandic Ministry of Education, Science and Culture awards annually a number of scholarships for studies in Icelandic as a second language at the University of Iceland.  The scholarship program is administrated by the Árni Magnússon Institute for Icelandic Studies. For the academic year 2017-2018 the Árni Magnússon Institute received 85 applications in total. All applications were evaluated by a special committee that decided to offer 15 students from 11 countries a scholarship this time.
